CHEMISTRY

Ibuprofen is a white crystalline powder which forms part of a group of drugs called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). NSAIDs work by blocking COX enzymes (hormones), thus, inflammation and pain in the body are reduced.
